Returns Policy

• Non-Personalised Items: You can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

• Personalised Items: Unfortunately, personalised or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. This is because each item is made uniquely for you.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
